Placing an Order


Can I have an item from the website delivered to my local store?

Yes we have a Click and Collect feature. You can select the store you wish to collect from in the delivery section of the checkout.    Click and Collect orders will be available 24hours after your order on the next business day. You will be notified by email when your goods are ready for collection.

Can I return my online purchase to a store for a refund?

To return goods purchased online we need to process this through warehouse.  Please click here for details on our refund policy.  Click and collect refunds are processed in store.

Can I exchange my online purchase at any store?

Yes, you can exchange full price merchandise in any of our stores within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact onlinestore@picnic.net.au and notify us of your contact details and the size and style that you require so we can confirm availability. We will then advise you of a store nearest to you where you can exchange for the size you require.

For all exchanges, please ensure that the item(s) are unworn and in the original condition in which you received them and remember to include your receipt to verify your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mastercard and visa card via our secure online payment processing from Securepay.

Can I change my mind about an order?

Once you have finalised your order online our delivery process commences.  If you need to make a change please contact us immediately at onlinestore@picnic.net.au or 08 6460 4454. If the goods have not already been shipped we can assist you. If they have been shipped we will need to follow the refunds/exhanges policy.

How will I know the size I select will fit?

All our products are in Australian sizes, for more information please refer to the following sizing chart.

The item I like is out of stock, can you order more in?

Please contact us at onlinestore@picnic.net.au with the colour, name and size of the item and we can advise if more of your selected item will become available.

Do you offer a warranty?

If for some reason your goods are faulty please contact us.  Faulty goods will be assessed by us on return and you will be contacted once assessed within a reasonable timeframe. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy

Do you offer gift wrap?

We don’t currently offer gift wrap. All shoes come in their original box with our branded ribbon.  To ensure you or the recipient are able to return or exchange any items you will need to include all tags.



Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Yes we use Australia Post for all deliveries so we can deliver to any postal address recognised by Australia post.

Do you deliver to international addresses?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes a tracking number will be provided by email when your order is dispatched.  You can track the goods using this tracking number on the Australia Post website.

What if I am not at home when my order gets delivered?

A card will be left by Australia Post and your goods will be returned to your nearest Postal collection centre for collection at your convenience.  This way we can ensure your goods are safe.



I have received a voucher can I use this to order online?

At this stage you cannot redeem store vouchers online.  If you would like anymore details on this you can contact us on onlinestore@picnic.net.au and we will do our best to assist.

Do my online purchases go towards my VIP balance?

Yes.  This is calculated on each transaction.  To do this we need the email you have used to register for the online store as the VIP email we have on our system against your VIP code. If you are unsure about your VIP member status or are having difficulty logging into your VIP then please contact onlinestore@picnic.net.au.

How do I sign up to be a VIP?

You can sign up online or in store.  Please note we will need to collect personal details such as first name, surname, phone, postcode and email address.   A link to sign up is on the bottom of this page. To receive your milestone vouchers and communication from us about your VIP membership you will be required to maintain an active email address with us.

How do I update my VIP account details?

You can update your account details by contacting us at onlinstore@picnic.net.au.



Is Hobbs a secure site?

Yes Hobbs is a secure site.  When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard.You can read more about our privacy and security policy here

Please contact us on onlinestore@picnic.net.au  or with your query and we will come back to you as soon as we can. Please note that as we are based in Perth we operate under Western Standard trading hours.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe function which is located at the bottom of all email contact made by us. By unsubscribing we will not be able to contact you for your  loyalty reward vouchers and other special discounts.
